We’re Hiring | Specialist – Quality / Quality Manager
We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist / Quality Manager to lead Quality Management Systems (QMS), laboratory accreditation, and regulatory compliance activities in an organic certification and laboratory environment.
Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Role: Specialist – Quality / Quality Manager
Key Requirements:
- PhD in Chemistry with minimum 3 years of relevant experience OR
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with 8–10 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO/IEC 17065:2012
- Strong knowledge of NABCB, APEDA, NPOP, NOP, FSSAI, USDA Organic, EU Organic, EIC/EIA, SFDA, and QOBETA
- Experience in QMS implementation, laboratory accreditation, internal audits, CAPA, risk assessment, method validation, PT/ILC/IQC, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead accreditation and regulatory compliance activities
- Conduct internal audits, Management Review Meetings (MRMs), and risk assessments
- Manage laboratory quality programs including PT, IQC, and ILC
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high quality and food safety standards

Candidates with backgrounds in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or other Life Sciences will not be considered. This opportunity is strictly for professionals with a Chemistry background.
