Job Description
We are hiring a Production Trainee for an opportunity in the FMCG/Food Industry. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building their career in food production and manufacturing operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology or a relevant qualification
- 0–1 year of experience in Production, preferably in the FMCG or Food Industry
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge in food manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities and manufacturing operations
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Follow company SOPs, GMP, and food safety requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficient production operations
