Job Description
Nature Rich Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end food manufacturing operations. This role requires strong expertise in sauces and processed food production along with leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch
- Ensure consistent quality in sauces manufacturing while adhering to food safety standards
- Implement and monitor SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
- Optimize production planning, cost efficiency, and resource utilization
- Lead and manage plant teams to achieve operational targets
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and supply chain teams
Eligibility Criteria
- 8–10 years of experience in food manufacturing industry
- Experience in sauces, condiments, or processed food production preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and audits
- Proven ability to manage plant operations independently
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Preferred Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field
- Experience in ready-to-eat or sauces manufacturing segment
