Job Description
We are hiring an experienced GM / Manager Production to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and production planning
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and food safety standards such as FSSAI and HACCP
- Optimize manufacturing processes and reduce production costs
- Manage raw materials, production wastage and resources
- Lead the production team and drive operational excellence
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure smooth and efficient production operations
Preferred Skills
Production Management, Food Manufacturing, FSSAI, HACCP, Quality Control, Production Planning, Team Management and Process Improvement.
