Job Description
- Position: Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing & analysis of raw materials and finished goods
- Conduct online quality control (QC) during production
- Monitor process parameters and documentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate QC records and reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field)
- Experience: 2–3 years in FMCG / Food Industry
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes
- Knowledge of lab testing methods & documentation
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Overtime pay applicable
- 8-hour shift
