Job Roles/Responsibilities:
As an R&D Food Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our product development process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation of new products and expanding our product range.
- Managing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to incubation, development, and launch.
- Conducting thorough research, planning trials, formulating recipes, and continuously improving formulations based on feedback.
- Carrying out commercial trials and maintaining accurate records of recipes.
- Handling the costing and nutritional calculations for formulations.
- Establishing efficient production processes for new product launches.
- Troubleshooting formulation issues both pre and post-launch.
- Generating new product ideas and creating project reports based on research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new food products and stay updated on market trends.
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in R&D and product development within the food industry.
