Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee our Aseptic Line operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 17 to 25 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in maintaining and enhancing quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of QA processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team for the Aseptic Line.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 17 – 25 years of experience in quality assurance within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and quality control methodologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
