Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Head to lead our Chocolate Plant in Jammu. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of chocolate production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production team, implement production and quality control systems.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets.
- Monitor and measure production performance.
- Ensure knowledge of chocolate manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Responsible for optimal utilization of by-products.
- Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain and analyze the quality of packed chocolate and raw materials.
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment.
- Ensure adherence to company production policies and standards.
- Production planning according to targets.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of chocolate manufacturing.
- FMCG (Chocolate Manufacturing) industry experience at a managerial position.
- Preference for candidates with experience in chocolate manufacturing.
- Setting and monitoring production, quality, and safety standards.
Experience:
- 10-12 years in a Chocolate Production Manager role in the FMCG (Chocolate) industry.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. & B.Tech in Food Processing Technology.
