Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Food Processing R&D division with a proven track record in the industry. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in the field and hold a degree in Science, B.Tech, M.Tech in Food Technology, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify client expectations, needs, desires, and challenges with a focus on understanding the “Why Factor” and conducting GAP analysis to develop effective strategies.
- Conceptualize client expectations and map them to appropriate solutions.
- Predict and mitigate risks, issues, and problems to ensure client satisfaction.
- Align with the organization’s team culture, fostering high performance, openness to change, and growth.
- Build professional relationships with the team, clients, and vendors, following the Win-Win-Win philosophy.
- Execute sales strategies in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Collaborate on project operations based on project needs, agreeing on project deliverables, man-hours, duration, and budgets with minimal deviation during execution.
- Independently prepare proposal budgets.
- Conduct regular project performance reviews with the team and provide feedback.
- Develop and execute projects effectively within mutually agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets, meeting quality parameters.
- Take responsibility and ownership of assigned goals.
- Maintain focus on objectives and achieve desired results.
