Job Description:
As a Quality Engineer with Arco Organics, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to delivering superior quality products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing chemical analysis and physical analysis to ensure products meet stringent quality standards.
- Implementing and maintaining good document practices to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Driving food safety and continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate our products’ quality and safety levels.
- Conducting data analysis of laboratory results generated by analysts, identifying trends, and suggesting corrective actions as needed.
- Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.
- Participating in research and development projects to contribute to innovation and product enhancement.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Food Science, BSc Chemistry, or Biochemistry, providing you with a solid foundation in chemical analysis and quality control.
- Hands-on experience with instruments such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), spectrophotometer, particle size analyzer, laser diffraction, and Karlfisher titration.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role, demonstrating your expertise in maintaining high-quality standards.
