Job Responsibilities
To ensure timely Quality certification(Like HACCAP, BRC,CAPA) & documentation.
Customer Complaint handling
✓ Liasioning with food certification body.
Quality process standardization.
✓ Implementation of Quality SOP at Floor level
✓ Training to plant food handlers
✓ Taking feedback from consumer trial team (doing sensory analysis) & as per the requirement of target consumer and make the required changes in the product.
To develop the audit system, internal as well as External for the process & hygiene improvement of plant. ✓ Keep record of Product Batch No/Code, RM/PM Sample Analyzed, Semi-Finished and Finished Material. ✓ Conduct physical & chemical analysis of the RMPM, SFG & FG as per the Bikanervala specifications. ✓ Control over customer complains-Monitoring & Control over Online Manufacturing Processes-Reduce Foreign Body Complaints, Leakages & Online Product Rejection Rate & Etc..
