Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and maintain product quality.
- Monitor and implement safety and regulatory standards within the manufacturing facility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering, Oil and Fat Technology, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of edible oil and fats production processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in maintaining safety standards and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
