Job Description:

As the Manager of Microbiology & Food Safety, you will spearhead the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) process for the site’s quality management system and report outcomes to the Quality Section Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the PDCA process, ensuring the site’s quality management system operates effectively.
- Support various elements of the site’s quality system, encompassing internal documentation, change management control, internal audits, CAPA system management, and management reviews.
- Coordinate the bi-annual review of the eQCMS, manage consumer complaints from initiation to resolution, and act as a primary contact for food regulatory agency inspections.
- Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the established standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in laboratory management or related fields.
- Strong team collaboration skills, working efficiently in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt and meet evolving customer and business needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to written instructions.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proficient in MS Office applications.
Education/Certifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
Additional Information:
- Travel may be required based on business needs.
