Quality Executive – Lead the Quality Assurance Team

Open Secret, a prominent organization based in Mumbai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Executive to oversee our Quality Assurance team. This vital role involves setting and upholding the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Job Description : As the Quality Executive, you will have the following key responsibilities:

1. Quality Standards Leadership: Define and lead the overall quality standards for the organization, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our operations.
2. Team Leadership: Manage a team of 7-8 Quality Assurance professionals, overseeing both in-house manufacturing and multiple Contract Manufacturing sites, as well as Warehouse operations.
3. Site Quality Ownership: Take ownership of site quality processes, KPIs, and compliance with ISO and other global quality certifications.
4. Process Standardization: Establish SOPs and processes for supplier qualifications and set industry standards for quality.
5. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, including those from FSSAI and other regulatory bodies (Fire safety, GMP, etc.).
6. Quality Culture Development: Build a robust quality culture through training and continuous improvement initiatives. Enhance the skills of the quality team at Open Secret and Contract Manufacturing sites.
7. Product & Process Stability: Guarantee product and process stability, aligning with shelf life claims and regulatory guidelines.
8. Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on the latest developments in regulations from FSSAI and Legal & Metrology fronts.

Required Experience : We seek candidates with preferably 3-6 years of experience in quality assurance. If you are passionate about quality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a track record of maintaining high standards, we encourage you to apply.
