We are seeking a Manager of New Product Development with expertise in food technology. Join us to spearhead new product conceptualization, recipe development, and commercial scale feasibility analysis. Be part of our journey in creating culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. New Product Conceptualization: Identify market-driven product concepts, prepare business cases, and develop prototypes.
  2. Product Line Extension: Create seasoning briefs, conduct consumer research, and drive product line extensions.
  3. Operations Support: Investigate and troubleshoot manufacturing issues for seamless production.
  4. Technical Feasibility: Evaluate and implement new technology and equipment, ensuring efficiency.
  5. Recipe Development: Finalize recipes, validate regulatory aspects, and drive cost-effective solutions.
  6. Internal Evaluation: Collaborate on product evaluation, review results, and refine new products.
  7. Knowledge Transfer: Train teams on manufacturing parameters and SOPs for product stabilization.
  8. Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify cost improvement opportunities without compromising quality.
  9. Bulk Trials: Coordinate bulk trials for shelf life studies and product enhancements.
  10. CPT Management:
  11. Provide sensory inputs, benchmark against competitors, and make informed decisions.
  12. Shelf Life Study: Oversee shelf life study protocols and communicate results.
  13. New Product Launch: Ensure successful product launches within defined timelines.
  14. Category Specific Requirements:
  15. Designing besan blends
  16. Finalizing besan blends and conducting CPT
  17. Developing specifications for besan blends
  18. Collaborative besan product launches
  19. PD lab management and manpower training
  20. Assessment of Chana & Besan quality
  21. Storage stability of Besan study
  22. Nutritionally enriched besan blend development
  23. Organic Sona Masoori rice development
