Quality Assurance Executive

About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Quality audits and maintain quality management systems (BRC, FAMI QS, FSSC 22000) documentation.
• Develop and manage quality-related SOPs and batch manufacturing documents.
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Plan and conduct shelf life/compatibility studies, compile data for submission to authorities.
• Provide timely audit reviews with CAPA and Non-conformity closures.
• Handle OOS and OOT activities.
• Compile and archive data related to FSSC and QA activities.
• Ensure adherence to submission schedules.
• Collaborate with teams to meet quality/regulatory requirements.
• Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance, preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee production and QC department documents.
• Proficient in handling and maintaining HPLC, GC, UV instruments.
• Conduct required tests, extractions, and studies.
• Coordinate with food safety and implement hygiene standards.
• Maintain and monitor log sheets/books.
• Review specifications and analytical work reports for RM & Finished products.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry/ Biotech/ Food Technology (Master’s degree a plus).
• 2+ years of proven Quality Assurance experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Adaptability and flexibility to evolving organizational needs.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
