In this role, you will provide end-to-end specification management support. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, analyzing compliance assessments, planning and implementing processes, and taking corrective actions when necessary. You’ll develop strong working relationships within your function and cross-functionally, serving as a technological resource and an expert in your technical or scientific area.
How you will contribute:
- Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical support for specification processes.
- Manage various projects, including multiple small projects with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects.
- Collaborate across functions on specification reviews, approvals, and change notifications.
- Communicate with suppliers about raw material specifications.
- Offer suggestions to improve projects in your area, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
- Archive obsolete specifications and run maintenance and audit programs.
- Troubleshoot and provide day-to-day user support and training.
What you will bring:
- Food Research & Development environment experience and/or experience with suppliers.
- Organizational agility.
- Influencing skills.
- Priority setting.
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Data Literacy: Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience in Product/Packaging Research & Development, Quality, Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
- Moderate computer science/coding skills with experience in Macros desirable.
- Experience in SAP PLM & SharePoint.
- System & Process oriented with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to promote cross-team collaboration.
- Full proficiency in English (both written & spoken).
