Job Responsibilities
Ensure all quality related issues received from market or customers are resolved on timely basis. Taking feedback from consumer trial team (doing sensory analysis) & as per the requirement of target consumer and make the required changes in the product.
✓ To develop the audit system, internal as well as External for the process & hygiene improvement of plant.
✓ Keep record of Product Batch No/Code, RM/PM Sample Analyzed, Semi-Finished and Finished Material.
✓ Conduct physical & chemical analysis of the RMPM, SFG & FG as per the Bikanervala specifications.
✓ Control over customer complains-Monitoring & Control over Online Manufacturing Processes- Reduce Foreign Body Complaints, Leakages & Online Product Rejection Rate & Etc.
✓ Maintain all documentation related to training hours imparted to stake holders.
