
In this challenging role, you will:
- Work on daily workload distribution, define service delivery priorities, monitor and guide routine work execution in all work centers;
- Manage and update Quality Control documents;
- Ensure internal controls are performed;
- Review methods and specifications, when applicable, for raw materials and finished products;
- Execute and coordinate preventive and corrective actions for Non-Conformities;
- Report and conduct laboratory investigations, develop and implement action plans proposing preventive and contingency measures;
- Help prepare, review, and present the necessary documentation to ensure consistency and implementation of established actions.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- 9+ years of experience working within a laboratory environment, on a Quality department.
- Experience working with Laboratory Process Management is required.
- Experience working with Chemical-Physical Analysis and Chromatography is valued.
- Upper Intermediate English (spoken and written) is required,
