About Us: Global Food Industries is a leading player in the food industry, known for our commitment to delivering high-quality frozen meat products. We are a dynamic and growing company, and we’re looking for dedicated professionals to join our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team.
Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced QA and QC professionals with expertise in Frozen Meat products to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of quality control processes and, ideally, knowledge of BRC standards. However, the most crucial attribute we’re looking for is a team player who is enthusiastic about learning and growing with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on frozen meat products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control processes throughout the production and packaging phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of BRC standards (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in QA and QC roles, specifically related to Frozen Meat products.
- Knowledge of BRC standards is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain rigorous quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company.
