Location: Indore (3rd party facility)
Experience: 1-2 years in quality (Preferred background in breakfast cereal)
Salary: 22-25K CTC
Job Description:
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in food production? We have an urgent requirement for a Quality Associate at Tata Consumer Soulfull, based in Indore. If you have 1-2 years of experience in quality control, particularly in the breakfast cereal industry, we want to hear from you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Daily Sensory Evaluation: Your keen senses will be put to the test as you conduct daily sensory evaluations to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Monitoring of CCPs, OPRPs & PRPs: You will play a critical role in monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs), Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs), and Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) to ensure process control.
- Compliance with In-Process Quality Plan: Adherence to the in-process quality plan is crucial. You’ll be responsible for making sure every step meets our quality benchmarks.
- Training: You’ll help train our team in essential aspects such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- RCA & CAPA Execution: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) execution will be part of your daily routine to continuously improve our processes.
- Raw Material/Package Material Compliance: Ensuring that raw materials and package materials meet the highest standards is crucial to maintaining our quality.
