🌟 Urgent Job Opportunity: Quality Associate – Tata Consumer Soulfull (Off-role) 🌟
📍 Location: Indore, 3rd Party Facility
🕐 Experience: 1-2 years in Quality (Preferred background in Breakfast Cereal)
💰 Salary: 22-25K CTC
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily Sensory Evaluation to ensure product quality.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPS), Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPS), and Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) to uphold quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with in-process Quality plans.
- Provide training on HACCP, GMP, GHP, GLP, GDP, and other relevant quality protocols.
- Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Ensure compliance of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant Quality experience, preferably in the Breakfast Cereal industry.
- Strong understanding of quality protocols and processes.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
