Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Production Executive & Quality Officer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-3 years of experience in the food industry who are passionate about ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient output.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any production-related issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance product quality.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Generate reports on production and quality performance.
- Assist in documentation required for audits and certifications.
- Training and Development:
- Train and educate production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in the food industry, preferably in production and quality roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control practices is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
