Establishment of the New BU Europe Head Office:
Effective from October 1st, Perfetti Van Melle Europe is thrilled to announce the establishment of its new BU Europe Head Office in Zürich, Switzerland. This strategic move is aimed at seamlessly merging the recently acquired business with Perfetti Van Melle’s existing European activities. The newly formed BU Europe Head Office, known as PVM Europe, will be headquartered at Prime Tower in Zürich.
Progressive Integration:
The integration process will begin by focusing on the three newly established commercial operating companies in Denmark, Switzerland, and France. Over the course of the coming year, the integration will extend to other relevant European countries. This approach is designed to ensure a smooth transition and optimize the efficiency of operations.
Enhancing Efficiency and Strategic Cohesion:
The centralization of European activities (excluding Italy) aligns perfectly with Perfetti Van Melle’s overarching goal of enhancing efficiency, fostering synergy, and ensuring strategic cohesion within the organization. The consolidation of the European supply chain management and commercial capabilities is a crucial step in this direction.
