We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to contribute to our New Product Development (NPD) department at our Jejuri location in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and launch new products.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Drive the product development process from concept to commercialization.
- Design and execute experiments, trials, and tests to ensure product quality and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including specifications, formulations, and project reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3 to 4 years in new product development within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food processing techniques, ingredients, and formulation.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
