Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology
Industry Background: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Food Industry, Confectionery, Beverages, Snacks, or Bakery
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recipe development in line with marketing briefs.
- Ensure seamless execution of industrial trials and material connectivity.
- Maintain R&D documentation, including PDR recipes, stability tests, and decay studies.
- Update BOM (Bill of Materials) on SAP and ensure timely availability of RM (Raw Material) and SFG (Semi-Finished Goods) codes for NPDs.
- Oversee BOM budgeting exercises.
- Take ownership of NPD labs, ensuring proper equipment and manpower allocation according to project priorities.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
