Education: BE or ME preferably Mechanical /Electrical.
Experience :- 6-8 years

Expectations:
- Help implement best practices required to ensure efficient production flow and adopt & share best ideas inside & outside the company.
- Help define & implement short-, medium-, and long-term actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality, and productivity throughout the entire value chain.
- Improve operating costs in a safe working environment.
- Achieve key performance indicators and drive the necessary improvement for on-time delivery, productivity, project management, quality, safety, and other key process areas.
- Routinely communicate & review business metrics goals and results with team to maximize understanding & performance.
- Ensure the team is fully cross trained.
- Lead direct reports to achieve goals & deliverables.
- Promote & enable professional and technical development of staff.
- Coach, stimulate, and motivate employee input for continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance to company & regulatory policies.
Qualifications required:
- Proven experience in manufacturing management with process-oriented operations
- Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation and/or Six Sigma training / certifications (working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools is heavily preferred)
- Have a working understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Have a working understanding of Occupational Health & Safety standards and best practices.
- Proven leadership expertise through previous production management experience with both people management and resource allocation
- Be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, and possess the ability to think laterally / act through reasoned decision making.
- Be able to get things done and make things happen to achieve the aims of production and the business.
