About AAK Khopoli: Our operations in Khopoli are a crucial part of our commitment to excellence. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Manager – Audits & Regulatory Affairs.

Role and Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager/Manager of Audits & Regulatory Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance for our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing customer audits.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation and information are prepared for audits.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure readiness for customer audits.
  • Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers during the audit process, maintaining strong relationships for timely audit closure.
  • Managing the process of obtaining and maintaining certifications such as FSSC 22000, KOSHER, HALAL, RSPO, RAIN FOREST ALLIANCE.
  • Collaborating with certification bodies to ensure successful certification audits.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation systems for tracking certifications, renewals, and updates.
  • Conducting internal and external food safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating audit reports encompassing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Staying up-to-date with local, national, and international food regulations standards and requirements.
  • Interpreting and applying regulations to ensure compliance with food safety and labeling requirements.
  • Conducting regular reviews and audits to assess compliance with regulatory demands.

Qualifications and Experience: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.Tech/M.Tech, MSc/BSc, or equivalent in Food/Oil Technology.
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in audit, certification management, and food regulatory compliance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling audits and certifications.
